Description
'Valle Vista Meadow' portrays a stunning California landscape. "Just above San Jose is a beautiful 'Open Space' where I often take our dogs for their early morning run. This morning, the thunder clouds display a steady transition from dark to light values, the use of soft, caressed edges along with hard lines flow throughout the sky and landscape as the morning sun spotlights the area we are headed". The Intense transition of massive shapes of dark cool blues juxtaposed bright lime greens with cast shadows. I captured the shapes, colors, and values with my palette knife and highlighted the center of this dynamic sunlit meadow.
